A few things you might be wondering.
Do students or parents need an account?
No. Only you, the tutor, need an account. Send the private link to your student or their parent so they can check the remaining lessons and shared history without signing in. Anyone with the complete link can view it, so share it privately.
Is WeTally only for private tutors?
WeTally is designed for independent private tutors who teach in lesson packages. Other independent 1:1 teachers and coaches can use it for whole-session packages too.
What can I do for free?
Your first student is free with no expiry or payment card required. Log sessions, add notes, review and confirm, Undo, top up packages, share a private link and keep the complete history. Profile, security, current-month session earnings and all-record JSON and CSV downloads are included.
When do I need WeTally Plus?
Upgrade when you add another student or want the Reports dashboard, student progress PDFs or financial PDF/CSV exports. WeTally Plus is US$99/year total, including applicable taxes. There is no ten-student cap, per-student charge or paid trial.
Can I pay monthly?
Plus is an annual subscription only. US$8.25 is the monthly equivalent of US$99 divided by 12; your payment is US$99 each year.
Does WeTally connect to my other apps?
WeTally works independently alongside them. There is no automatic syncing or software integration to set up. Keep using your usual tools for bookings, payments and conversations.
Can I start halfway through a package?
Yes. Enter the original package size and value, then the sessions left today. For example, four remaining from ten sessions for 500 still means 50 per session. We do not invent past attendance. You can also start a card with zero sessions. Whole sessions only.
How do more sessions get added?
Add sessions yourself, or approve a student's request after arranging payment directly. Choose an explicit Paid package value or Free. Requests never change the balance until you confirm. Their existing link keeps working.
Can I add details or fix a mistake?
Add an optional shared note, review the session, then confirm. You can later amend its date, time, title or note. Edits never deduct again. Undo and corrections keep a visible history.
Who can open a shared link?
Anyone with the complete link can view that card and submit session requests. Share it privately through WhatsApp, by copying the link or through your usual chat. Sharing is manual. You can disable or replace a link at any time.
What happens if I stop using Plus?
Cancel renewal from Manage billing; Plus continues until the end of your paid period. After it ends, all records and valid student links are preserved. Continue working with one student on Free; the other students remain readable. All-record JSON and CSV downloads remain available.
Can I get a refund?
Create a free account and try WeTally before purchasing Plus. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund or prorate the current year. We provide reasonable assistance without a guaranteed response deadline or fix.
