Help with your sessions

Start with the sessions left today
Create a free account and verify your email. Set your display name and profession, then enter your first client's name, original whole-session package size, explicit Paid value or Free choice, currency and sessions left today. If a ten-session package cost 500 and four remain, each remaining session retains its original value of 50; no past attendance is invented. Starting with zero sessions is also supported. Next, share the saved private link manually through WhatsApp or Copy link, then go to your Clients. Your first client is free with no expiry or payment card required. Adding another client requires WeTally Plus.
Log and add sessions
Optionally enter a shared session note, tap Log session to review the actual date, balance and frozen session value, then Confirm session to save them together. To add sessions, choose a quantity, explicitly choose Paid with a value or Free, review, and confirm the addition. A client request is separate: review it and arrange payment directly before approval. WeTally does not collect or verify lesson payments. Declining or cancelling a request changes no balance. Requests are in-app only; no external notification is sent.
Fix a mistake
Undo keeps a visible correction. Undo restores the exact prior credit and package allocation when dependencies allow it. Card settings can correct a balance downward; additions require an explicit Paid or Free package. Both entries stay visible in the history.
Private link help
Send the entire link, including everything after #k=. Anyone receiving it can read the card. A missing, revoked or replaced credential cannot open it. If a messaging app trims the link, copy and send the full text.
When something is unavailable
No offline writes are made. Wait for a confirmed saved message before assuming a session was recorded. If a save is not confirmed, use Retry pending save before starting another change. Enter the optional note before logging. Back to edit leaves both the balance and earnings unchanged. After a confirmed save, Edit details can amend the completed-session date, time, title or note; all are shared with link holders. Edits keep the same session and add an audit amendment without deducting again. Clients see an explicit offline or unavailable state when the current balance cannot be checked.
Session time and history
The session timezone is frozen when logged. Changing your timezone later does not change existing session meaning. The recorded-at timestamp is server generated. During a repeated daylight-saving hour, standard time is used. A blank time stays blank; edits add an audit entry without changing the credit count.
Earnings and your data
Free shows your current-calendar-month session earnings and completed count using recorded package values. On a downgraded account the summary includes preserved account-wide records and is labelled accordingly. Plus adds selectable month, year and custom periods, breakdowns and formatted financial PDF/CSV reports. All plans can download their complete raw JSON and all-record CSV from Earnings. Missing legacy prices must be supplied before affected financial totals or reports can be complete. Session earnings describe sessions completed, not cash received, profit or assessed tax.
